We offer our clients multiple ownership solutions

• Clients can own all or part of the project
• WPF can own the project and sell the power to the Client
• WPF can bring in a Tax Investor to monetize available tax benefits. The Tax Investor may own all or part of the project for several years, and then negotiate a sale back to the Client under various mechanisms that are determined before commissioning of the project.
• WPF can structure a sale/leaseback where the Client is the lessee for a period of time and can buy back the project at a fixed price
• WPF can arrange for a sale of the project to a third party
